This project involved the conversion of a 500 square foot garage structure into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) using 6” R-24 Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the walls. The newly transformed ADU features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. Located in Hacienda Heights, this development exemplifies the innovative adaptation of existing structures into functional, modern living spaces using advanced SIP technology.
